Work Experience Verification

Professional experience is one of the most important parts of an individual's career history. However, work experience is often difficult to document, particularly when employment records are incomplete, employers no longer operate, or professional work was performed through independent contracts and projects. Certificate.cam provides a structured service for documenting and verifying employment and professional experience based on available evidence. Applicants may be required to provide supporting documents such as employment contracts, employer confirmation letters, payroll records, project agreements, invoices, photographs of completed work, business records, professional licenses, references, or other relevant evidence. Where appropriate, Certificate.cam may contact an employer, organization, client, or other authorized source to confirm information provided by the applicant. The verification process is based on the evidence available for each individual case. Information that cannot be sufficiently supported may be excluded from the final record or clearly identified as unverified. The purpose of this service is not to create employment history, but to document existing professional experience in a structured and traceable format. A verified work experience record may include the applicant's professional position, organization or client, period of work, nature of responsibilities, project information, and the evidence used for verification, subject to applicable privacy and disclosure requirements. Independent professional experience and project-based work may also be considered when sufficient supporting evidence is available. Where an organization or employer provides direct confirmation, the source of that confirmation may be recorded in the verification file. After completion of the verification process, Certificate.cam may issue a Work Experience Verification Certificate or corresponding digital record. Each certificate may contain a unique reference number that allows authorized users to verify its status through Certificate.cam. Certificate.cam does not guarantee the truth of unsupported claims and does not replace governmental employment records, immigration records, or legally required employment documentation. Our objective is to provide a transparent documentary record supported by identifiable evidence and a defined verification process.
